Photo Diary

Hey guys welcome to another post in My diary. Today I'm going to share my photo collection with small description for all of you ❤✌

TOKYO CITY

The photo above shows the city of Tokyo. Tokyo is the most popular and the number one industrial city in the world. I captured this my camera on the Rainbow Bridge while my Japan tour. The Rainbow Bridge is a famous bridge in Japan and a place of tourist attraction. It was built to connect two cities over the Pacific Ocean by Kawasaki corporation. This photo is very beautiful because the city is lit up at night.

Few Boats are on the Pacific Ocean and their lights was make the picture very beautiful. In the distance you can see the big buildings of the city and the famous Tokyo Tower. The lights of the city fall on the sky and it also looks beautiful.

NISSAN GTR-R35 MOTORCAR

This is the most popular sport car manufactured by Nissan company in Japan. Named as Nissan GTR R35. This is my dream car and I took that photo during my trip to Japan in 2019 while the car was parked at my uncle's car sale in Yachiyo , Japan.

The GT-R is powered by the VR38DETT engine, a 3,799 cc (3.8 L; 231.8 cu in) 60° degree DOHC V6 engine – which is shorter than other V6 engines and benefits weight distribution. The engine is based on the VQ engine, but thoroughly modified to improve performance and suit the car.

The GT-R is offered worldwide, unlike its predecessors which were sold in a limited number of markets. It received various facelifts and updates to be up to date with the competition, and several special editions were also offered during its prolonged production span. The car is used in motorsports, notably winning championships in the FIA GT1 World Championship, Super GT and GT3 racing. It is well received among enthusiasts and automotive publications as well, British motor magazine Top Gear named it as "one of the most incredible cars of any kind ever built", due its exceptional performance and practicality given at an affordable price. Despite being one of the fastest production cars, it has won numerous notable accolades such as the World Performance Car of The Year among many others.

Someday I will become to the owner of GTR-R35

BMW GS1200 R MOTORBIKE

This is the most popular dual sport motorcycle manufactured by BMW company in Germany. Named as BMW R1200GS. This is one of my favorite bike and I took that photo during my trip to Japan in 2019 while the bike was parked at bike export place in Funabashi-Narashinodai , Japan.

This motorcycle have a 1,170 cc (71 cu in), two-cylinder boxer engine with four valves per cylinder. The Adventure has a large-capacity fuel tank and long travel suspension. As of 2012, BMW's R1200GS bikes are their top-selling models.

In 2004, the R1150GS Adventure model of the previous series of BMW boxer-twin engine bikes was used by Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman for an epic motorcycle road trip from London to New York City via Europe, Asia, and Alaska, and the Adventure was in the book and TV series, Long Way Round. In 2007, the same pair used R1200GS Adventure BMWs for a sequel trip from John o' Groats in Scotland to Cape Agulhas in South Africa, this project being documented in Long Way Down.

HONDA HORNET 600cc

This is my favorite bike in my bike collection. I imported this from Japan and got a special license for it in Sri Lanka because it is an highcapacity motorcycle and it is prohibited to use in Sri Lanka. This is a Honda Hornet CB600F model motorcycle manufactured in Japan in 2006. It is manufactured in Japan for the European market. There is a great demand for this in the market because of it has attractive appearance and high performance. I took this photo at my house.

The Honda CB600F (known as the Hornet in Europe and Brazil and 599 in the U.S.) is a standard motorcycle manufactured by Honda. It is powered by a 599 cc (36.6 cu in) liquid-cooled inline-four engine, originally a detuned version of that in the Honda CBR600 sport bike, which currently produces around 102 bhp (76 kW). The 'Hornet' name was not taken to North America as AMC, and its successor, Chrysler, had trademarked the name with the AMC Hornet. The Honda CB600F Hornet was introduced for Europe in 1998. It was based on the CB250F that was restricted to 250 cc (15 cu in) at its home-market (Japan) because of local laws (this bike was released only in Japan from 1996 or 1997 until 2015, when it was succeeded by the CB300F). The bike has a six-speed transmission. Its suspension consists of a single shock in the rear and a conventional telescopic fork in the front until it was succeeded by an upside-down fork in 2005. Its brakes are dual-disc, Nissin twin piston in the front and single-disc, Nissin single piston in the rear. It was given the 16 in (410 mm) diameter front wheel and 17 in (430 mm), 180 section rear wheel setup from the Fireblade.
As a sport-oriented motorcycle that provides an upright riding position, it is considered a standard or "naked bike".

I love this bike and love riding it with my friends when bike tours...

MEIJI JINGU GARDEN, JAPAN

This photo shows Meiji Jingu Park in Japan. I took that photo during my trip to Japan in 2019. It is a very beautiful tourist attraction place in the japan. The ''gelbes laub'' trees here turn up in the most beautiful colors during the autumn season, and those colors are green, yellow, orange and red respectively.

Meiji Shrine Outer Garden (明治神宮外苑, Meiji-jingū Gaien) is a Western-style garden in the Kasumigaokamachi neighborhood of Shinjuku Ward and the Aoyama neighborhood of Minato Ward in Tokyo. It was created by private volunteers to convey the virtues of Emperor Meiji (3 November 1852 – 30 July 1912), and his wife Empress Shōken. It was consecrated in 1926 as the outer garden of Meiji Shrine. The inner garden is Japanese in style, while the outer garden is Western. Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery and Meiji Jingu Stadium are located in the vast site.

We can reach that place by train on 5 minutes’ walk from Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.

Here are some photos from my collection with details. I hope this will be useful for you. see you a different post. bye bye 👋
